Tracy Guidi has had over 17 years of experience managing buildings and executive suites in the Fort Lauderdale area. While improving tenant satisfaction and profits, she has managed to become a well-known business executive in the South Florida. Guidi's leadership and passion has allowed her to develop new ways to manage multiple companies with unique needs. Working in this industry for many years has given Guidi the experience, knowledge and skill to build an Executive Suite office from start to finish. Guidi's attention to detail and genuine concern for her clients needs have made her a desirable property manager in the community. Her current operations include One Broward Executive Offices, Wilton Executive Suites, Victoria Park Centre, and Victoriana Executive Suites.
Kristin Crowley
Location Manager
Kristin Crowley, a South Florida native, graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 with a BS in Advertising and Public Relations. As the Operations Manager, Crowley uses skills in communications and customer service to increase productivity for her clients. Starting at One Broward Executive Offices, Crowley was trained to deal with any issues that arise as well as handling daily office procedures. Crowley has brought innovative and fresh ideas to the Executive Suite industry and looks forward to serving her clients through dedication, leadership, and expertise. She is currently working towards acquiring her Masters Degree in Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University in Miami.
