Q: What address would my company use?
A: Your new office address will be 1301 East Broward Blvd., Suite 330 Fort Lauderdale FL 33301.
Q: May I keep my existing office telephone number?
A: Of course! Just tell us that you want to "port" your old telephone number over to your new office.
Q: How long are the leases for Executive Suites?
A: Typically, the lease agreement runs for one year from the date of move-in and renews automatically. If you have unique needs and need a shorter term, we would be happy to negotiate. A 45 day notice is required should decide to vacate the space, unless otherwise discussed with the property manager.
Q: How do I book conference rooms for my use?
A: It's easy! Call our receptionist and they will walk you through the booking process.
Q: I would like to access the building during non business hours. How do I do that?
A: Upon signing your new lease you and your employees will be provide a four-digit code to be used as your access after hours. The parking lot is gated on weekends and after-hours for added security. Your access code will be your electronic way to gain entry!
Q: Do you provide telephone answering services?
A: We sure do! Your phone will be answered by our receptionist upon your request. If you would enjoy the convenience of answering your own phone, we can assist you with that with the flip of a switch!
Q: Do suite employees work for me?
A: Upon your request, our employees are available to assist you with mail services, word processing, office supply orders and more!
Q: Are Virtual Office Plans available?
A: Yes. We can provide a physical address for your company without having to pay for office space! At your request, we can accept your mail, forward your packages, and answer your phone calls....all for one low price!
Q: Do I have to have an office with you to use your services?
